Thank you for shopping with Sarees by Sullie. We take great care in curating and quality-checking each saree before it reaches you. We follow a strict no return, no exchange, and no cancellation policy. Kindly read the following details carefully before placing your order.

❖ Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept any returns or exchanges for the following reasons :

  • Each saree is individually crafted and uniquely woven. Slight variations in weave, color, or texture are natural and a hallmark of handmade textiles—not considered defects.

  • Due to the delicate nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, once sold, items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Please ensure that you read all product details, fabric descriptions, and measurements carefully before confirming your order.

❖ Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged product or an item different from what you ordered:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at sullieweaves@gmail.com with your order number and opening video of the package showing the issue.

  • Our team will assess the issue and get back to you with the appropriate resolution. We may offer a replacement or store credit only if the error is on our end and verified through our internal checks.

  • Items that have been worn, altered, or washed will not be eligible under any circumstances.

We reserve the right to refuse requests that do not comply with the above terms.

❖ Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded. We appreciate your understanding and support of our small batch production ethos.
